Visit 777ds.cam and click the registration button on the homepage. You will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and a residential address. Once you submit the registration form, a verification email is sent to your inbox. Click the confirmation link to activate your account. The entire process typically takes under five minutes.

Make sure every detail matches the name on your CNIC or passport — mismatched information can delay withdrawals when KYC verification is required later.

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction — to register and use the 777ds platform. No. Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on 777ds at any time. Opening multiple accounts — known as multi-accounting — is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and can result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any bonus funds forfeited.

If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support to recover it rather than registering a new one. Our team can help with account recovery, password resets and email changes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will typically need to provide:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — front and back;
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement);
• In some cases, documentation related to the payment method used for deposits.

Documents should be clearly legible, unedited and show all four corners. KYC is a one-time process per account under normal circumstances.

To reset your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support for assisted account recovery.

The available deposit methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. For Pakistani users, familiar payment methods referenced on the platform include bank transfer options associated with banks such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet options referenced for context such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed pending investigation.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and depend on whether your KYC verification is complete. Once a withdrawal request is approved internally, transfer times depend on the payment method used and your bank or wallet provider. Mobile wallet transfers generally process faster than traditional bank transfers.

If a withdrawal remains unprocessed beyond the timeframe indicated in the Cashier at the time of your request, contact our support team with your transaction reference. Do not cancel and re-submit a withdrawal without speaking to support first.

A withdrawal may be placed on hold for several reasons: your KYC verification documents have not yet been submitted or approved; there is an active bonus wagering requirement on your account that has not been completed; the withdrawal amount or pattern has triggered a routine fraud or AML review; or the payment details provided do not match your account registration details.

Log in, check the status in the Cashier, and contact support if you need clarification. Have your account details and any transaction references ready when you reach out.

In some cases, a pending withdrawal can be cancelled before it has been processed — this depends on the payment method and how far along the processing is. If the cancellation option is available, it will appear in the Cashier alongside your pending withdrawal. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to the payment provider, it cannot be recalled.

Yes. While an active bonus is applied to your account, a maximum stake limit per bet applies. This limit is specified in the promotion terms and is typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per bet, or the equivalent in other currencies. Yes, all bonuses on 777ds have a validity period during which they must be claimed and the wagering requirement completed. 777ds provides six player protection tools accessible from Account Settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit); loss limits (caps on how much you can lose per period); session time limits (automatic logout after a set play duration); wager limits (maximum individual stake per bet); cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 1–30 days); and self-exclusion (serious account suspension for a defined period or indefinitely).

To self-exclude, go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gambling section. Choose the self-exclusion option and select your preferred exclusion period — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or indefinite. Confirm your selection and you will receive an email confirmation. Your account is suspended immediately and all marketing communications are stopped.

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period has expired. During exclusion, you must not attempt to open a new account. If you cannot access your account to apply self-exclusion, contact support directly and they will apply it for you.
